Insurance
As a courtesy our office will bill your insurance. We are preferred providers for Aetna and Premera Blue Cross Blue Shield. You will be responsible for any deductibles and copay's not covered by your insurance as well as any services not covered through your insurance.
Cash Rates
We realize that many families do not have insurance or have limited coverage. In light of this, we do offer same day reduced cash rates as well as payment plans. We accept cash, personal checks, visa, discover and mastercard as payment. We are proud to support our military members with a reduced military rate.
Medicaid/Denali Kid Care
Dr. Jen is a provider with Medicaid/Denali Kid Care. If your child is under the age of 6, we will need a written referral from a pediatrician to receive payment from Denali Kid Care. Please note that Denali Kid Care only covers chiropractic care for individuals under the age of 21 for 12 spinal adjustments per calendar year. If you are over the age of 21 Medicaid/Denali Kid Care will not cover your chiropractic care.
